Meet the Founder
Derek Creason
With over 18 years of hands-on experience in information security, Derek brings deep expertise across infrastructure, cloud environments, governance, risk, and compliance to every engagement.
Derek holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management and 14 industry certifications including CISSP. His background spans enterprise environments, federal systems, and small business consulting, giving him a rare ability to scale solutions to any organization’s needs.
As a former Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3) with nearly 17 years in the Army National Guard, Derek brings military discipline and thoroughness to civilian security challenges.
His passion is teaching security to willing learners and helping organizations build lasting security programs, not just checking compliance boxes.
